True knowledge is power second only to money. The person with the most knowledge of things ALWAYS WIN unless he has less money then his opponent if it is war type thing. But in things like sports, debate, politics and etc knowledge is a great thing to have.

true knowledge is mostly good, ignorance is mostly piss, but every once in a while ignorance is bliss, just like knowledge can be used for "evil" enlightenment is amazingly freaking close to perfection, truth, trust, being thankful are also good things.

Only certain types of knowledge lead to real power. I can say this having about 12+ yrs of post HS education, and an IQ that usually comes in between 140 and 160. True power is the knowledge of how to get people to do what you want them to do (anything!) and be happy doing it. That is power. Scientific knowledge, 'book learning', college, etc, while essential to having a good paying job (maybe) in the field you love (possibly), does not give you power. It just makes you feel better. And in that, feeling better and being happy with one's self -- there is power, but it is not a power which will make you "king of the world", so to speak.
