What can a landlord do when evicted tenants trespass and are living in a unit with friends who originally had a family member die, and during the removal of the deceased persons property decided to stay, FED has been filed, but they have allowed others in

    JUSTNORMAL

    If they have been formally evicted and never left, in this state that is trespassing, so I would tell the landlord to call the police, and make sure he/she has all the paperwork to get them out. If they turn out to be squatters, they must be evicted.
