I found a round,small,pale green (the color is kind of mix of green and gray - similar to the color of avocado),with the letter "S" on one side.
do you know what it is ? what are the effects of this pill?

No idea.
The best thing to do with it is to take it to a local pharmacy so they can dispose of it properly.
Even if you do find out what it is, it may well be expired, and keeping expired medication around is a really bad idea.
