Where was the strangest place you asked someone to go on a date, or were asked to go on a date?

I have had a few weird ones,one to a dog track for the races,,3 hours away,,for a birthday trip,,the hotel stay was more interesting than the track(and I made more there too,,,love that is)!! hehe

I don't think it was the strangest, but my boyfriend at the time thought me wanting to go to a monster truck show was a little too tomboy for him.

I was once asked to go on a date with this fellow, I said yes, he said I will take you flying. I thought he was kidding. He took me to his plane on a windy day and went flying. Yes he was the pilot at age 19. SCARED TO DEATH BUT IT WAS FUN. It took him three tries to land it. Yikes! I took it very well. Funny he didnt call me for another date. It was sad to learn later that he died young while at college.

An old prison (actually the first one in the US). They do tours, but around Halloween they also make it scary. She said no.

I met a girl at the laundromat and talked to her for about an hour. She told me she was a Phlebotomist and worked at the blood bank. I thought about her all night and on my lunch hour the next day drove to the blood bank and asked if I could talk to her for a minute. They sent me downstairs where there was a room with about 30 guys sitting in chairs giving blood. She looked surprised to see me and asked if this was the first time I had given blood. I told her "No, I'm not here to give blood, I want to know if you'll go out with me tonight" She turned red and didn't say anything for a minute then said "yes" She told me later that the reason she got embarrased was every guy that gave blood there had asked her out at least once and she turned them all down so they all were listening to see what her response would be.
