Tomatoes and cottage cheese...I practically live on that in the Summer months. A little garlic powder and some black pepper is all I put on it. Sadly, though, who can afford the cottage cheese now.

Personally, I am a fan of eating tomatoes like apples. BUT I also love cutting cucumber and tomatoes up and putting oil and vinegar over them and a little bit of salt.... mmmm....
