I don't think that anybody can push Bill Parcells anywhere he doesn't want to go, lol. I think, quite frankly, that Parcells was tired of the circus in Dallas with Romo, TO, etc. Parcells has never been what you would call a "media friendly" coach and I think the grind of the drama in Dallas became a zero sum situation for him. He's a Hall of Fame coach, what else did he have to prove? I know that he would have liked to have won another ring but I don't think he thought the price he would have to pay was worth it.

We will see if the Boys do any better this year with Parcell's handcuffs off the Defense. Parcell's brought the Cowboys respect back but couldn't seem to get them over the hump. I think his frustration with "the player" had alot to do with his leaving.
