Two things: Firstly, parents who let their children have free reign of any and all public property where they can and will disrupt and get in the way of other people. Secondly, people who are careless and aggressive when they drive, who change lanes without indicating and who either drive excessively slow or excessively fast.

Answering a cell-phone while at the check-out counter in a store. Annoying and disrespectal to both the cashier and the people behind you who are waiting.
