  • It depends on your body shape, your bone mass, and your muscle mass. There is no one perfect weight.
  • There is no perfect weight. At 5'4'' I personally like myself between 105-110lbs. Even the weights in the bmi index don't always help decide indefinitely what is perfect.

  • It doesn't matter, because if we give you an exact answer, we'll be totally destroying your life because you're going to keep going out of your way to stay that SPECIFIC AMOUNT that we give you. We shouldn't be controlling your life, and you shouldn't really care about your body weight. No one's perfect. If you really ARE overweight (like.. a hundred pounds more than the "normal" weight) then, yes, go get some excercise, but don't be so vain about your body. It's the personality that counts.
