  • "That I can get too wrapped up in my work." or "That I'm a perfectionist, I'll do whatever it takes to make things come out right." They love hearing that! A "weakness" that works to their advantage, woohoo!
  • You have to find a way to make a fault a benefit. For instance let's say that your old boss said it took you too long to finish a project. During the interview you might say my biggest fault is that I pay so much attention to detail that it sometimes takes me a little longer to finish. However being maticulus helped me find an important mistake in a report.

  • I was asked this a few weeks ago and I was unprepared for it. I just paused, shook my head, looked at the wall as I thought, and said, "Well, I have no faults." Of course then I had to follow that up with disclaimers about how I'm not egotistical. I didn't get the job. lol
