  • The so called cool people in my school were assholes, so i hung with the nerds :)
  • The "nerds" were really sweet! I married one!!
  • I was a rare specimen that could seemlessly traverse the "nerd-jock" barrier without ridicule. I was a jock, I played center in football, post in basketball, shot & disc in track, catcher in baseball, but I was also on the chess team and an active member of the varsity scholastic bowl team. I was class president and student body president. Basically, I like everyone and treate EVERYONE with respect. No one had a reason to dislike me other than my parents who always found one reason or another.
  • I hanged out with people i liked, no nerds, no cool ones. Everybody is cool in their own way and beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder...
  • I had no choice..I was the cool person!
  • I did not "hang" with anyone. I was not a nerd, cool, jock, stoner, etc. et al. I preferred to be by myself with a very few friends. I grew up in Marin County, California, and would have been ashamed to fit in with the 70's hot-tubbing culture. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fgjfi1DU1mQ
  • In high school, I had friends from a lot of different cliques. However, I predominately hung out with the "cool kids." It wasn't until after high school that I realized those people weren't that cool after all.
  • Well , I may say that I was kinda on of those " cool people " , but believe me I never think I'm better than anyone!
  • Man I stuck to myself but never discriminated whoever wanted to hang out with me!
  • I dont know what you are talking about. Why were people separated at your school, was it before civil rights?
  • I wasn't exactly a nerd...I was a straight A student, but still cool. :-) I had lots of nice friends. I'm not into cliques.
