At night, my cell phone. I have the charger plugged in at the top of my bed and my cell phone fits right under my pillow - works great so I can use the alarm feature if I need it.

My arm. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and can't even move my arm, then the pins and needles come, then a dull pain. Finally, I put the same arm back under my pillow because that is how I like to sleep.
