Nothing. The sides of my bed are fenced in by moutains of junk, so I have to keep the foot of the bed open so I can get out of bed without tripping and falling face-first onto the floor.

A short dresser with my stereo atop it, with pounds of cds atop my stereo. The speakers are set up at such an angle that while sleeping, I can hear the music perfectly- not too loud, not too soft- and it makes for good night's rest :)
