Why do irrelavent/silly/opinionated questions get answered so many times and so quick but legit issues(excluding emotion based ones) get so little feedback?

Because the more 'fun' type questions are open to a lot more people to answer. You don't necessarily need to have relevant knowledge in specified subjects to answer them. The 'legit issues' require more experience to answer fully. Some people, like myself, have enough of 'legit issues' in our normal everyday lives and therefore use AnswerBag for a little light relief.

Serious and factual questions tend to rely on a degree of expertise in the answerer. Not many people are experts, so there is only a limited number of people who CAN answer. Anybody can answer the fluff questions without having to put too much thought or effort into their answer. Also, of course, once a factual question has been answered it doesn't need any more answers, where questions seeking opinions can have a huge number of relevant replies.

It's much easier and funnier to answer in a way you won't be obliged to elaborate a relevant answer. That's life, nothing to worry about it. Despite of this, there are relevant answers too. I neither reckon them nor try to measure their part or percentage, but it seemed to me they were a fair minority, weren't they?
