Help answer this question below.

Im 15. Im thinking of joining the Irish Defence forces when i finish school. I still havent spoken of this thought to my parents in case i change my mind and i dont want to scare them. Am i too young to be thinking of this?Should i be Thinking bout at all

    Im only 17 and im in the reserve defence force untill i finish school, i have been planning the army for my carear since i was about six, your never to young to plan your life, better to know what you are doing early instead of leaving it till its to late.
    If you are not sure about it i advise joining the reserve defence force for a while, its the same as the "real" army but you dont have to pay to leave and you get a real taste of what the army is like.

    You only have one life and you can start to plan it at any age. If you really feel that military service is your calling, then go for it.
