Why are the Dum dums lollipops so small? You have to eat like 10 of them to feel any satisfaction.

I think because they are kind of gross. If they were any bigger I would just throw them away at the point where they normally end.

I dunno, I always kinda liked that they were small....they could be eaten in a short amount of time and you didn't have to walk around with something the size of a baby's head in your mouth....plus you could look cool like Telly Sevalas..well he was never really cool...
