I decide myself. But in some cases I used to discuss abt the matter with some one else before taking a decision.

I consult others before deciding. Once decided it is final.

Though i ultimately make my own decisions, the feelings of others who may be affected by them will always be considered during the process :)

I usually decide things by whats best for my family. Not myself personally
