    Oh, Lord, no. Assuming your date is out of 1st grade, CEC is never a good place for a first date.

    Think of something where you can both do something together and have a nice bite to eat. Think about what she likes to do. She'll feel better if she's doing something she loves to do and can show off a bit.

    First off, how old are you? Does she have kids from a previous relationship?
    If she does, you get extra points for thinking up this one.
    I like your idea. It is kind of quirky and creative.
    If she likes kids, it could be fun. If she has dated around, she knows guys and the usual tricks.
    You will stand out. Next time, let her pick, so if you made a mistake in this choice, you can correct it.

    It all depends how old both of you are and what are your situations... If you both are kids and both enjoy CEC then sure go for it... If you have a child and she knows about it and kool about it. Then maybe you can consider that as an date... Whether it would be great date, it all depends how much she is into you to begin with and if she likes kids or not... But definetily for the 2nd date you should take her somewhere private to get to know each other ... movie and dinner or something that is common
