I miss 'em. but then, some things are best finished on a high...getting more of 'em when she has already officially finished the series would lower it's value in atleast my eyes...

I don't miss 'em. I never read any of the books or saw any of the movies. They never caught my attention.

She might return to it. Even though the story is over, the characters are still viable for another. Time will tell.

I loved HP, but I don't think she can recapture that storyline without dampening it somehow. It was pure magic, right? ;)

yes. i'd love to hear more about the marauders. i think the 7th book went too fast. i wish it could've been 8 books.

yes, i miss it. i think everyone who followed the series till the end & to the movies are all going to miss it. it's hard to imagine that things are finally peaceful in the wizarding world.

I m currently reading The Deathly Hallows a second time. I'm just about done so I imagine I'll have to start over again from book 1. The only other series of it's kind that I enjoyed so well was The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings trilogy. I purchased a new book for my daughter because we couldn't find the one we purchased when it was newly released. Hadn't anticipated re-reading it myself, but the book called to me as if it was imbued with the soul of Vol...eh..."He Who Must Not Be Named" or something I couldn't see how I had managed to get through a book so large...until I started reading it again. I had forgotten how enthralling the series had been. Should Rowling write a new Potter book? I have mixed feeling on this considering the 7 novels she's already penned cover the life and times of Harry Potter quite thoroughly. Having said this, though, I don't see why she can't write a series based in the same world with spin off characters from the original series. I imagine the tales of Harry's offspring would be quite interesting.

i miss them too. they werent just story book characters they were friends that you got to know on a personal level. i dont think there is a way for her to write another one seeing as she ended it like she did but if there was a way that would be fabulous
