Which is better - spending all the time in air conditioned envoronment or taking breaks for fresh air ( along with possible dust and pathogens)

Outside for fresh air (and all the germs that come with it - how will you get immunity if you are never exposed?) Inside air-conditioned air is just as dirty as outside air - it recirculates the germs around the office. You also have the risk of Legionella if you have water cooling units in your office air-con.
