its the brakes, i just had this problem, you need new brake pads possible new rotors
Check power steering fluid level first, it could be low or the pump might need replaced. Squeak.
The bump under acceleration could be a number of things that do not relate to the power steering.
The squeeking noise makes me think it's the power steering pump. I'm not sure if that would cause your other symptom though.

You're reading Honda accord 94 5speed when i am stationary, and i turn the wheel to the left or right it makes a squeak noise... kind of like if you had wet shoes on tile...and when i accelerate it bumps seemigly from the front end of my car... any help?
