Yes I can believe this could easily happen. Most people in China seem to be very intelligent,driven & workaholics. (this is sad to say but most of us in America have become spoiled, we are going to have to take alot less breaks & vacations)to keep up and/or stay ahead in terms of power.

I still believe in America and the things we do here. China is very powerful and they could become world leaders in the future.

No I don't think so. China does not have the natural resources necessary to expand their industrial revolution beyond 2020. By that time they will be under such a population burden that it is likely their society will suffer drastic consequences. They will have the largest population, but they will not be the world power in a sense like the US is today.
