  • It depends on the model of your cell phone. Read your manual or call the manufacturer. There is call barring, but some phones only block internation calls, etc and have no option for private calls. If your phone manufacturer can't help, call your service provider. They may be able to block all private incoming calls. Just gotta call around and ask. Best of luck
  • You need to call your cell phone carrier and request "anonymous call block". It will block all calls coming into your phone that don't want to show the caller id. They get a message that says you don't recieve blocked calls and to call from a open number.
