A 90 year old man and his 79 year old wife went missing from a cruise ship and it was thought they accidently went over-board. It seems recently a lot of people are commiting suicides or are missing on cruise ships. Your thoughts?

My initial reaction was when I'm 79 my boyfriend will be 90 (or dead, but let's not think that way). Then I thought maybe they died on board. Or got left behind at a stop.

they proberly died accidentally co the were quite old so they might have not been strong enought to swim to the boat

Good luck to them. If your going to go, go like that. At that age they are facing deterioration in whatever capacity. I admire them for choosing not to go thru that. I am prepared to do the same, at whatever point my life becomes difficult in a way that cant be fixed. I will check out. I will end my life in the way i have lived it, in charge of my own destiny. Booking yourself onto a cruise as a parting shot sounds like an excellent thing to do. Moral arguments about suicide being a sin be damned, im going to it my way.
