For those of you who claim to be religious, do you find yourself working on trying to not act self righteous?

Good question. The way me and my family look at it is its not a religion it is a relationship. As in how we are in our relationship with JESUS. I feel I am not worthy sometimes to receive the blessings HE has given me and it gives me much joy to know that HE loves us so much that HE gave HIS life so that we may live in eternity in heaven and to me their is no way I could be self righteous because it is not about me it is about what the LORD has done for me and with that I hope it helped answer your question. There are many religions that will try to use their own teachings to get you to join their church and that is anyones perogative and we can not judge what one does, but one thing I am sure of is that when you serve the LORD the way you feel that HE wants you to serve HIM, the blessings flow and life is wonderful!
