Why is it that when I take a picture of a monitor (computer, PDA, etc..) it always comes out blurry? Is there a certain setting I should use for it to be clear?

it has to do with your computer's refresh rate and your shutter speed. you may notice that computers on tv sometimes look weird - it's the same effect. you can try increasing your shutter speed, at the risk of making the picture darker, or if you need an image of what's on the monitor, why not just use the "print screen" function on your keyboard?
