I can and generally will. It's when your religion infringes upon my rights that I get testy.

I totally agree +5 :o)
-
i dont care what your religion is and wouldnt care even if you tried to convert me.you got the right to believe what you wanna believe and i couldnt care any less
-
If you don't shove it down my throat, try to change my laws, threaten me with it or knock at my door at 8 on Sundays to try to convert me, I couldn't care less what you believe or do in your own time/house/church
-
I don't care what it is. As long as people don't go around preaching it every chance they get and as long as they don't try to convert me, I personally don't give a damn.

I don't care whether you believe in God or not. But I do understand your point. Some people here can't stand the fact that I believe in God. I've been mocked a lot of times for believing that there is some higher being that sees us all.

Sounds good to me.

I really, really think you should have to right to peacefully practice your religion. It's sometimes just hard to deal with when people of some religions pressure people of other religions (or no religion) to come over to their way of thinking. The real problem is that the beliefs of certain religions require spreading the faith to those who think differently. If those people are restricted from doing that, they're not allowed to fully practice their religion. If the people they're trying to convert have to endure conversion attempts, they're not allowed to fully practice their own beliefs. There's no way to have it both ways, so someone always criticizes someone else. This is one of the reasons that those who are opposed to religion say that it's divisive and harmful to the goal of all people living together harmoniously.

Of course, but where is this question coming from? If you are indeed "doing it in the privacy of your home" and just want to be left alone, how would anyone even know what your religion is or have an issue with it? Seems likely you've made it an issue somehow with public statements. It's disingenuous to then complain that you're not being left alone.
