My dad sold their property to a neighbor's family 3 month ago. 11 days away from closing buyers told us that private broker has declined their mortgage(Agreement N Buyer's Mortgage was sign/approved already) Dad've already bought new condo ..now what?Help

Addition Information. Neighbor call or wait us in front of my door everyday to explain/complaint their financial situation..(they have switch to another lawyer). They even said ..they will sue us to get the downpayment back. My dad already carries 2 mortgages include new home and if they can not sell this home they will face financial issue because of owning two properties. So my dad already have his own financial issue that why my dad just want to move to smaller house because he does not much money now..sigh... Now, his buyer situation is driving all of us crazy. What's next? Help. Remind you that we were informed 11 days before closing...(only 7 days left now)
