I'm a high school kid, who people usually consider weak , but yesterday I benched 185 pounds, which is pretty good for my weight and age, but whenever I tell anyone, they don't believe me, what can I do to make them believe me?

welcome. people don't belive me when i say what i benchpress. im in 8th grade, and im so small i benchpress only 75, so what i say is that if that's what they wish to believe let them, you know the truth

Invite them to observe. Even if they don't accept, they will eventually realize your growing strength. Congratualtions!

Who cares? YOU know you benched 185, and the best kind of strength is confidence.

It is through actions not words......When I was in high school the kids use to tell me I would never amount to anything more then a housewife and mom.....well I got that gig down pat years later but in between I managed to join the Army and when that gig, got a master degree in criminalogoy, ended up a cop.....and still had time in between to be a mom and wife...its through actions not words I proved those people wrong. Now at the age of 44 I am retired only needing to master my cooking abilities. hehehehe
