  • Argh I just answered this question and deleted it by accident oops! oh well here goes again.. I have the same problem, with many others foot/hip pain. But heel pain is there. The reason for mine would mainly be flat feet, and weak muscles causing lots of problems. So the only thing I can think so say to you is check if you have flat feet or not (which you can do with out going to the docs , although its maybe best if at some point you try and see a speacialist) . I got inosole for my shoe from the hospital, which help lots. But you can buy them from anywhere. Worth checking out. anyhows hope that is some help ..:S
  • I think I have the exact same thing. It's not the achilles tendon or the tendon on the bottom of my foot. It's like a bruise or from my heel staying in one place all night... So far I haven't been able to find a direct reason for it either because I haven't bruised it and it's not from sleeping.
  • It could very well be the type and /or style of SHOE that you are wearing .... Try changing to a totally different style such as a Tennis Shoe etc ... and see if in about 7 - 10 days , your feet don't feel better .
  • There is a condition called 'spur heel' where you experience discomfort and pain for prolonged periods with no seeming reason.
