No, and I can't imagine that bleeding for any reason would be particularly good for you.

Thats possible?! Thats never happened to me. I only have stomach aches and tears from my eyes when laughing too hard.

sorta....i laughed so hard that soda came out of my nose, it was a newly opened soda and very carbonated and this i assume irratated my nose and it started to bleed. but bleeding as a direct result from laughing, nope hasn't happened to me

I laughed so hard once, my knees went weak and i smacked my nose off of the front bumper of a truck. The blood literally squirted out.
