The people I meet who KNOW their church is the ONLY church are the ones who are the most brainwashed and scared. So, I guess, whichever preacher/minister rains down the most fire and brimstone and possesses the very best brainwashing abilities. Does it matter? Nope, not to me.

well I am athiest but, in most bibles "god" says that there shouldnt be temples(aka churches) built to worship him in. so really no church is the right church more like every church is bad. yes this is written in normal wording. no bible verses here.

Go to the church God directs you to go to. I recommend selecting a church based on the attitude of the congregation.

God is not a god of confusion. He is a god of truth. The fact that no two churches agree on every point of doctrine shows that they can't all have all of the truth. It is only possible for one church to have all of the truth. (This is just basic logic.) Thus, only one church can possibly be giving the complete set of instructions as to how to return to God. Where other churches differ from this one church they are leading their followers off of the narrow path that leads back to God. So, yes it does matter with church you choose. As to how to choose which church is right, study the Bible, attend various religions, and follow the advice of James, "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed." (http://scriptures.lds.org/en/james/1/5) If you have faith in God and trust Him, He will lead you to the truth.

Read Matthew 6:5-6 and go from there.

Consider which church espouses God's most recent message, through His most recent prophet. This will lead you to the Bahá'í Faith, but if you do not recognise Bahá'u'lláh's legitimacy, then Islam (preferable Sunni).

Personally I don't think any Church is the correct Church, however the way to know is to go back to the scriptures. Start with the Hebrew Bible and work your way forward.

The belief that one church is right and all others are wrong is an example of the deception of the people by "the leaders". When Jesus talks about church He uses a term that has no relation to a building at all. He uses church for the whole body of believers. Every church has some truth, and to think that you have it all is to think you are God. So, ask God what He wants to teach you. It doesn't matter what building you go to as long as you learn from the only source of truth, God.

That is because every church is man-made. Their doctrines, rules, and regulations are those of man. We should deal straight with God on a one-to-one basis and cut out the middleman (the church) IMO

Not all churches say that; my denomination explicitly states that wisdom is to be found in all traditions, and that there are many paths.

Having been raised Mormon i have my faith but since my late wife paned away i have hungered for the truth. I have always be leaved that attending one church over another or attending at all is not as important as be leaving in Christ being baptized and repentance recently in reading the bible and book of Mormon in an attempt to discover the truth i found that god visited is children in many country's and he said these 2 things that make me ponder the truth 1st god said there are only 2 churches hi church and the devels church so with this in mind all of the churches are somewhat correct save one satins church i believe so but what church is satins church and 2nd god said that he spoke with many profits from many country and he said man will be judged by all of his divine words and works does this mean we should not just depend on the bible but also include the book of Mormon and the holy Qumran and any other divine works available i believe so no religion teaches us to understand all of gods works in answer to your question i don't know which is right only that one is wrong and it does matter that you don't choose satins church 99% are somewhat correct pray for guidance as i am Brian
