that a great deal of them are just as you said. however the far and few between great people out there with a heart bigger than there head are worth all the a**holes in the world.

That what they say they will do and what they actually do, are two different things completely.

Some people are smart, nice, and some people are stupid, mean. Some people are sometimes both. But people are all different.

I have learned that people can be insensitive to others feelings at times, to the point of being cruel to other people. I try not to make promises that I can't keep, as well as listen to people before I start speaking and try to grasp exactly where they are coming from. While I may not always agree with their opinion or like their attitude I try to be positive. All this I have learned just by being treated badly by people because I don't want to be like them.

That people are people and no matter where you go or how old you get, the only sure thing is YOU. I look at kind and generous people as a gift and mean-spirited people as a learning lesson. If you lower your expectations of others, you will cut your frustrations in 1/2, if not completely - it's easier said than done, I know! :)

Some people never grow up. Sometimes that's good. It's not bad to be a child at heart, but being immature is a different story. It never ceases to amaze me how much more mature the average 5 year old can be compared to some adults. Scary.

They prefer to do as little thinking as possible. They'd rather have others tackle problems if they can get away with it.

I have learned not to have great expectations for anyone, that way I never suffer disappoitment in them. No matter how good your advice might be, some people still have to learn the hard way and make their own mistakes and suffer the consequences. People = drama

I have learned that people just 'are' - themselves.... People are, to me, how I perceive them to be in accordance with my preconceived notions of the life, the universe and everything else. Some are, some aren't....

ive learned that nobody, even my grandparents, are perfect. ive learned that you can trust someone with all your heart and they can still fuck you over.
