  • I beleive it is illegal in all states. If you really care about each other you can wait untill she is 18.
  • it depends on which state your in. go to ageofconsent.com
  • most states have a window of a few years. 2 years is not a lot. but be careful, most states also have a statute of limitations allowing a victim to prosecute years after the sex happened. she may be for it now but if she gets angry next year and has proof, your in trouble. never write emails talking about sex. detectives snoop thru emails in the area looking for sex with minors cases. they are not protected, they are not private.
  • In the UK it's legal
  • Yes, its legal if it is three years difference window, but statuary rape is still applies to you. You won't get charged for sex with a minor, but you may be charged for statuary rape, since certain law have different age of content. Here in New York, age of content is 17 years old, so that means 17 years old on both sexes is legally allowed to have sex, but statuary rape still applies because of age since statuary rape usually sets at 18 years old.
  • If the age of sexual consent is 18 in your state, there is no window of time, to consider. It means that you can not have sex with your girlfriend until she is 18. The parents can also obtain a restraining order to keep you from her, until she is 18, because until she is 18, they can control who she sees and does not see. If they told a judge, they believe you are trying, or allready having sex with her, a judge will not hesitate to sign the restraining order. Sorry!
  • In Australia it is legal, the legal age is 16.
  • ok man.. i won't give you any.."I Believe" crap haha.NO it's not legal to have sex with her..BUT yes you can still see her and hang out with her as long as her parents approve of it, BUT DON'T get caught having sex with her!
