Do you think that a country's government should "fix" its own countries problems BEFORE trying to meddle in another country's problems?

To an extent... however seeing as nobody could ever fix all the problems in one country and the fact that everyone's perception of a problem is different you would never get to the end of that path. Remember, we are in an international world. What one country does affects other countries.

would work if it werent for the fact that if we were operating properly we would be expected to bail everyone else out...sounds familiar actually. why is the US the "good guy" it must be nice to have so many I-O-U's laying around.
