  • Chewing ginger root / eating any other ginger thing usually helps with that kind of thing. Other than that, valerian root is good. Possibly try getting more exercise too.
  • I was a roofing contractor for over 20 years,I had the same 'dreams' after I had to jump from a building that was in the process of collapsing. I had many nights lying awake,wondering what to do.it did pass,but not 100%,I still have a few of those 'dreams' on occasion,especially when a new roof comes in(I don't do too many anymore,only on special types) I went back to see where it all began and began to face the fear,it took some time,but it became less difficult to deal with. Now I can get up on a building without too many thoughts like those I used to have,it's at night that they can plague me. Fear=(F)u*k (E)verything (A)nd (R)un,Faith is the answer(no not preaching bible stuff)faith in yourself,accepting the fear and learning that it is only a fear,not a reality.
