I LOVE eBay. I buy most of my clothes and clothes for my granddaughter. Books & DVDs, jewellery, perfume, makeup, saddlery, electrical goods occasionally - I have never had a bad experience with it in the 6 years I've been a member, and if I am in the market for something I go to eBay first and only to regular retail outlets if I can't get it on line.

Yes and I've found some good deals (2 video cameras, a commercial laser printer, etc...), but there's lots of junk out there too. After I do a search, I sort the results by number of bids first (I use auction mapper) so that I can see which items actually have some bids. Usually, the zero bid stuff is not something I'm interested in. Sometimes the things with the most bids are not the best deal, but the stuff in the middle (2-8 bids) are worth considering.

I ebay for stuff I can't find locally. Silly things, like when Mom's house burned she had this bathroom door knocker that she had had for 20 yrs. I ebayed to replace it.

i do use ebay mainly for selling stuff i dont need anymore. there are loads of bargains on ebay too. i like the jewellery part and books

Everything! We get rid of our unwanted stuff on it, especially music gear holds its price well on there. I also buy bundles of clothing for the girls (boys are harder). Levis are cheap if you look. i like german lagenlook clothing so I can buy it without travelling. I decorated my youngest's room entirely from ebay shops. I buy craft stuff, check out fabrics, etc. The only thing I don't do is buy a list of stuff that I can get all from one or two bricks'n'mortar stores. The added cost of post is prohibitive.

I sell skater stuff; T-shirts, stickers, decks, trucks, wheels etc... I buy just about anything. My most recent purchase (last week) was a VW Caravelle camper conversion & it's fabulous.
