In the master cylinder reservoir. It should be easily identifiable in your engine bay. Here is a picture to help, they all generally look similar to this, the fluid is in the small tub on top of the metal cylinder. The cap should say something along the lines of "always use DOT3 brake fluid" or something like that. Also, many professionals believe that the brake fluid should be flushed or changed every 1-2 years.
