I'd probably buy the L.A. Times and Scientific American Magazine or the Smithsonian Magazine. :)

I like People magazine.

Washington Post. Scientific American, National Geographic, the Smithsonian. Always something good to read in each.

nothing because the airport bookstores are too dang expensive

Usually "The Independent" going east to west, and going west to east, it is usually "USA Today", "The Globe & Mail", and the "National Post" for newspapers. For magazines, "The Economist", and BBC History are nice.
