i don't think it's our biggest problem but it definitely still exists. it's not as big a problem as it used to be, but i don't really think that it is curable. as long as people are exposed to ethnic stereotypes (the building blocks of racism), then there will be racism. i don't see any viable way of getting rid of stereotypes, but i do think society will continue to get better about it.

presumably it is a big problem. compared to other countries or at least compared to a other nationalities that i've encountered american is the most vocal about it. or perhaps ive had the misfortune of encountering more uncivilized americans compared to others.

Racism does exist, I think it exists worldwide, but I think the majority of people don't care about a persons race and those who do will never change, it's a hatred they grew up with.
