  • Totally depends on the other country, and of course who and what you are. Of which country are you thinking?
  • It depends on a lot of factors. Which country? What are the naturalization laws in that country? Will you be taking your family with you? Health status? Criminal records? But in a nutshell, I think it could be summarized into this statement: "have money, will get citizenship." The process involves a lot of money. Authorities in that country would scrutinize your capability to support yourself financially there, especially in your first three or six months. Or, if you don't have lots of money, they might consider you because your skills are badly needed in their country.
