  • I've been to 5 other countries/territories outside of the US and visited 41 of the 50 states thus far (working on the other 9 for this year). The friendliest people I've found were in Oklahoma City, OK. Some of the coldest and most aloof ones were in Salt Lake City, Utah. I must have, somehow, missed that love thy neighbor thing somewhere in among those mountains...
  • Friendly people live where there is warm weather and good barbecue. That is all you need to know.
  • I've visited about 15 countries, although I have never been to any US states. The friendliest people I have come across have been in Ireland and Northern England.
  • I have been to 35 out of the fifty and to Canada. Canada has some of the nicest people I have met. I have been one mile from the Mexico border.
  • i have been to 18 countrys and 7 states in America Egypt had the best people that worked in our hotel, not so much on the outside!!!
  • I have been to Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii and Utah. I have also been to Canada and Mexico. I am from California. I think the friendliest people have been in Colorado and Canada. I had a lady from Chicago tell me the friendliest people she ever met were from California and I totally disagree.
