Yes, this is a bug I and several others have reported to the staff a number of times. Sometimes refreshing the page solves the problem. I don't know when or if it will get fixed, it is a real pain. I find that it will disappear for several days or a week and then re-emerge: some days being much worse than others. Very mysterious.
