A big yes. I have been on the registry for 7 years now. You may never know who will be needing your help to fight cancer. That next person could be some one you know or care for.

I never even heard of that I thought you could only get marrow transplants from a blood relative. Anyways I do give blood and carry an organ donor card and have signed my drivers licence where it asks for permission to take my body parts if I die early (I'm Irish don't know if other drivers licences have this).
