Religion is a learned thing,as from your parents.I am a exponent of reincarnation, and believe that with each reincarnation one either comes back in the same sex as the last life or changes sex in the next life. Thus the soul has to adjust to having a female body, feeling as if they are male,or visa versa. How else would one have a preference for one sex, when this could happen.

From what I understand, most homosexuals feel they were 'born' or 'made' that way, whereas religion is taught, and the religious can be changed (converts). While there have been gay converts, I think the percentage of religious converts is much, much greater. Therefore, I must go with "Religion is more of a choice than being gay." Personally, I don't mind which they are, or both, or neither, just as long as they are happy with it.

being gay doesnt have a choice it is wrong to date of the other gender. im sorry if i offended anyone but i think i have the right to say what i belive in. now in religion theres only one thats right for me, jesus, but id say its more of a choice then gay.

Religion is 100% choice, even though for most people they have those who want to make that choice FOR THEM. Not being gay, I don't know about that but I'd definitely say its less of a choice than religion. I don't believe homosexuality is genetic, or anyone is "born" with it, though. It is something that comes along at some point during development.
