people who do nothing but complain and blame others for their circumstances. :) A "gripe" is a low-grade thing..there are many other circumstances that I really intensely dislike..but at the "gripe" level, this would be it! :)

Negative presumptuousness, unwarranted suspicion, unreasonable mistrust. That sort of thing. It stifles liberty.

People who do not take responsibility for their actions. We are all human and make mistakes but be humble enough to say I was wrong and own the mistake. So many want to blame others and not own any part of their actions.

Those that only think of themselves and not others. Those that insist it's their way or no way, that blame others instead of looking at themselves, who won't let others speak or not appreciate an exchange of ideas.
