I think it's because it's a legitimized homosexual activity. It gives lots of guys with homosexual tendencies a license to look at other guys in tight pants throwing their balls around.

Because the college athletes play harder with less whining.

college football is a lot more real than NFL. . the pros sucks. . I definitely prefer to watch college football. it's more raw.
