To say true, YOU are right porn and pornography is most addictive. And its easy to get addict but hard to get out of it completely. For getting out of it you must have a strong desire to get rid of porn addiction. Well I am giving here some metods to get out of it. 1)First, make your internet security to high. So it will stop you from getting out of it. 2)Install a internet filter this is most effective method. 3)I suggest you to go the long camp where there is no source of pornography related content. (a hill sight trip is great to do for about 10 days) 4)And last but very effective method is learn self- hypnosis this surely help you a lot. HEARTLY BEST OF LUCK !
