Does anyone else suffer with hives in the cold or hot weather?

Yes. My skin broke out last winter into hives that were caused by severely dry skin. For months they thought it was a fungus, but that turned out not to be the case. Finally, the doctor surmised that the combination of my dry skin with the dry, cold weather and an abnormal amount of job related stress caused my skin to break out. It has almost cleared up, but not quite.

Hi I have been suffering from hives for about 4 years now, I've went to many doctors with only to be told they don't know what is causing them. This is very flustrating as I've had several trips tp the hospital with swollen eyes, mouth ,face ect. Many times there all over my body, The only meds that seem to help me is high doses of prednisone. But they are very dangerous to take for long periods so I dont take them anymore. This condidtion has affected my life my and my job and my family.
