For how long? I think I could but I'm also a guy and I'm have very little concern that a girl could harm me. Unless she's bigger then me which I've only met one girl that was bigger then me.

Rarely do things "just happen to be". Probably not because that seems like unusually behavior to wait for someone like that, especially where the person is waiting.

Wow about time I see you on here. If you are into her and you like her I'd go out with her acleast give it a shot. It is a little creepy kinda stalkerish her standing outside everytime but maybe she's trying to get her point across.
