  • I dont use a pill, I use a rubber band. One that is relatively wide. I put it on my left hand across my palm. it cant be too tight to be uncomfortable. just tight enough so it isnt loose. after awhile it just feels like someone is holding my hand. it is very comforting.
  • Talking about it helps than taken a pill.
  • No, it's call a "kiss my ass" attitude. I have developed one over time and it works wonders for me.
  • The easy answer is yes, talk to your doctor and explain what you need. He will be glad to help you.
  • There's several for something that you describe: Zoloft Lexapro Prozac Valium The list is actually very long, and the best way to assess which medication would be best for you (if needed) is to talk to your primary care physician and have him/her refer you to a specialist in that field. I wouldn't recommend bottling up your feelings inside--sometimes the best medication is venting to someone neutral (an unbiased really close family member, friend, pastor, or health care professional). At a minimum, it will let you get that anger off your chest and best case scenario, you might find a good solution to the issues you bring up here. Best of luck. :)
  • Heroin works too, but I don't recommend that... in fact I strongly suggest NOT doing that... too many con's to the 1 or 2 pro's
